Fulton County Fair Show Arena – 7:30 p.m.


Churchyard Christian Rock Concert  - a contemporary gospel rock group, will be in concert on Youth Night at the Fulton County Fair. Come hear Angel Griggs on vocals, Perry Griggs on rhythm guitar, Joe Batterton on lead guitar and vocals, Pam Romine on bass and vocals, and David Cone on drums. The original group has played acoustic music for several years. They have recently added two new members and went all electric. Churchyard has a unique style of gospel music that combines the old with the new.

GOAT ROPING!

Come on down to the arena on Wednesday night, August 6th, beginning at 7:30 PM to cheer on your favorite teams or even participate yourself!

There will be several different ropings throughout the evening, for the amateur who has never roped before to those who seriously want to compete. Most will have small entry fees and payback a percentage of the prize money…for example $3.00 per man per run, or a round robin format for $5.00/person with 50% going back as prize money to the winning contestants.

1/4” kids ropes are required plus a few rules apply…all for the safety of the livestock. Ropes will be available for purchase on site. NO HORSES ALLOWED or needed! For more information, call Tyler Jackson, 870-895-2391 or 870-371-0702.
