August 12 – Beauty Pageant and Photogenic, and Talent entries are due. (Go to sidebar on right of home page and click on 2011 Fair, then on the contest you want.)

August 12– Creative Arts and Livestock Entries are due. Creative Arts entries may be made online or with a paper entry form. All livestock including poultry, rabbits and horses must be made online. (Link to online entries is on home page.) County entry fees must be mailed to Fair Assoc. by August 12th. Livestock exhibitor passes will be mailed to exhibitor prior to opening of fair.

Friday, August 19 – Creative Arts Exhibits, except Baked Items, Flowers and Horticulture, check-in from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Monday, August 22 – Baked Items, Flowers, and Horticulture Exhibits Check-In from 8:15 and 10:00 a.m.
• Creative Arts Judging at 10:00 a.m. (Exhibit Bldg. Closed to Public All Day.)
• Beauty Pageant –Young Miss Fair Queen, Junior Fair Queen and Fulton County Fair Queen Contests at 7:00 pm in the Theater Building.
•  Talent Contest - 7:00 pm in the Theater Building (Held during the Beauty Pageant)
• Round Robin Roping -7:30 pm in the Arena

Tuesday, August 23 – Exhibit Building Opens at 1:00 p.m.
• Commercial Exhibits Check-In from 1:00 to 6:00 pm
Fun-Time Shows on the Midway - 6:00 pm - ARMBAND NIGHT
• County Fair Horse Show - 6:00 pm in the Show Arena
• Beauty Pageant -Baby Boy, Baby Girl, Tiny Tot Boy and Tiny Tot Girl Contests at 7:00 pm - Theater Building
• Bulls and Barrels - 7:30 pm in the Arena

Wednesday, August 24 – Exhibit Building Open at 10:00 a.m.
• Livestock Check-In from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
• Poultry and Rabbits Check-In from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
• Fun-Time Shows on the Midway - 6:00 pm – ARMBAND NIGHT
• Missouri-Arkansas-Oklahoma Cowboy Mounted Shooters of America – 7:30 p.m. – Arena

Thursday, August 25 - Poultry and Rabbit Judging at 9:00 am.
• Sheep and Goat Judging at 10:00 a.m.
• Senior Day – 10:00 a.m to 2:00 pm, Hickinbotham-Miller Bldg
• Swine Judging at 6:00 pm.
• Fun-Time Shows on the Midway - 6:00 pm – ARMBAND NIGHT
• Beauty Pageant - Little Miss, Little Mister, Petite Miss, and Junior Miss Contests - 7:00 pm in Theater Bldg.
• Hall Rodeo, LLC Rodeo (ACA and IPRA Sanctioned) – 8:00 p.m. in the Arena

Friday, August 26- School Day – 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Dairy Cattle Judging at 10:00 a.m.
• Beef Cattle Judging immediately following Dairy Cattle Judging.
• Fun-Time Shows on the Midway - 6:00 pm - ARMBAND NIGHT
• MATPA Sanctioned Truck Pull - 7:30 pm – Arena

Saturday, August 27– Creative Arts Champion Photos – 1:00 p.m.
• Grand Champion Photos – 1:00 p.m. (Creative Arts will be first followed by Poultry and Rabbits.)
• Junior Livestock Premium Sale - 4:00 p.m. - Show Arena.
• Fun-Time Shows on the Midway - 6:00 pm - ARMBAND NIGHT
• Livestock Check-Out - 6:00 p.m.
• Demolition Derby sponsored by Hills Auto Sales, Salem Auto Supply and Main Street Tire and
• Lube – 8:00 pm, Arena.
• Commercial Exhibits Check-Out - 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, August 28 – Creative Arts and Horticulture Exhibits Check-Out from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. (All exhibitors must check-out exhibits with department superintendent even if they are going to the district fair.)

Fair Admission
Free Admission from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
After 4:00 p.m. - $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for youth age 6-12 - Under 6 admitted free. No Charge for Parking!
