Registration Fee – If paid by August 1 - $10.00; If paid after August 1 - $15.00
No entries will be accepted after August 12, 2011


Fees and entry form should be turned into a member of Zeta Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi or left at the Fulton County Fair Office, or at SABCO Insurance, George Thomas CPA Office, or Fulton County Farm Bureau Office in Salem and at the Mammoth Spring Bank and at Perryman Realty in Viola.

Pageant Schedule

Age categories have changed and a new division has been added.


Monday, August 22nd – 7:00 p.m.

Young Miss Queen
(age 11-13)
Junior Fair Queen
(age 14-16)
Fulton County Fair Queen
(age 17-21)

Contestants should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 6:45 p.m.
If the contestant is not there by the line-up time, they are disqualified.

Baby Girl Contest
(age 4-12 months)
Baby Boy Contest

(age 13-24 months)

 Contestants should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 6:45 p.m.
 If the contestant is not there by the line-up time, they are disqualified.

(Girls age 2-4 years)
Little Mister Contest
(Boys age 2-6 years)

Little Miss and Little Mister contestants should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 6:45 pm. Petite Miss and Junior Miss contestants should arrive by 7:00 p.m.
If the contestant is not there by the line-up time, they are disqualified.


Rules

1. All contestants must be residents of Fulton County or attend at school in Fulton County. Contestants cannot be, or at any time have been married, pregnant, or have had a child. A contestant must have not ever been convicted of a crime or have criminal charges pending.

2. The previous year’s winner in each division is not eligible to compete in that division this year. However, if they qualify by age to enter the next division they may do so. Contestants for the Fulton County Fair Beauty Pageant are only eligible to enter a fair beauty pageant in one county. If they have already entered a fair beauty pageant during the current calendar year, they are not eligible to enter the Fulton County pageant. Contestants living in Fulton County and attending school in another county or living in another county and attending school in Fulton County must choose which county they will enter.

3. The previous year’s winner in the Petit Miss, Junior Miss, Young Miss, and Miss Fulton County divisions will crown the winner of this year’s contest.

4.
Each contestant must pay a registration fee. If paid by August 1st the fee is $10.00; if paid after August 1st the fee is $15.00. No entries will be accepted after August 12, 2011. Late entries will not be accepted. All entry forms must be signed by parent or guardian or by the contestant if she is age 18 or over. Entry fees will not be refunded.

5. Judges will be from out-of-county and will be selected by Zeta Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. Judges decision is final. Judges names will not be released after the contest.

6. Trophies will be provided to the winner and 1st and 2nd runner-up in each division. All contestants in the Baby Contests, Little Miss, Little Mister, Petite Miss, Junior Miss and Young Miss are eligible to compete in the North Central Arkansas District Fair Beauty Revue in September. Only the winner and the 1st Runner-up are eligible to enter the North Central Arkansas Junior Fair Queen and the Miss North Central Arkansas Fair Queen Pageants. The Junior Fair Queen and the Fulton County Fair Queen will represent the county at the Arkansas State Fair in October unless they are the winner in the North Central Arkansas Junior Fair Queen or Miss NCA District Fair Queen pageants. If they win one of the district pageants they must represent the district in the state pageant and the 1st Runner-Up in the county contest will represent the county in the state pageant.

7. Any dress length is permitted.

8. Each contestant must have the Permission to Publish on the World Wide Web (Internet) form signed. This form is on bottom of the entry form and a parent or guardian must sign unless the contestant is 18 years of age or older.
