Registration Fee: $10.00 per Contestant
Entry Deadline: July 21, 2008
Fees and application forms should be turned in to a member of Zeta Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi or left at SABCO Insurance, George Thomas CPA Office, Miller’s Pharmacy in Salem or at the Fulton County Farm Bureau Office in Salem and Mammoth Spring or at Perryman Realty in Viola or mailed to:

Young Miss Contest
Girls - Age 12-15 Years

Miss Fulton County
Girls - Age 16-21 Years
These contests will be held Tuesday, August 5th at 7:00 p.m.
Contestants should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 6:45 p.m. If the contestant is not there by the line-up time they are disqualified.

Baby Girl Contest
Girls - Age 4-12 Months

Baby Boy Contest
Boys - Age 4-12 Months

Tiny Tot Girl Contest
Girls - Age 13-24 Months

Tiny Tot Boy Contest
Boys - Age 13-24 Months

These contests will be held at Thursday, August 7 at 7:00 p.m.
Baby Boy and Baby Girl contestants should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 6:45 p.m. Tiny Tot Girl and Tiny Tot Boy Contestants should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 7:00 p.m. . If the contestant is not there by the line-up time they are disqualified.

Little Miss Contest
Girls - Age 2-4 Years

Little Mister Contest
Boys - Age 2-6 Years

Petite Miss Contest
Girls - age 5-7 Years

Junior Miss Contest
Girls - Age 8-11 Years

These contests will be held Friday, August 8 at 7:00 p.m.
Little Miss and Little Mister contestants should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 6:45 p.m  Petite Miss and Junior Miss Contestants should arrive at the fairgrounds no later than 7:00 p.m. Friday night is a big night at the fair and traffic may back up coming  into the fairgrounds. Please allow time for traffic problems. . . If the contestant is not there by the line-up time they are disqualified.

Rules
1. All contestants must be residents of Fulton County or attend at school in Fulton County. Contestants must never have been married or have children.

2. The previous year’s winner in each division is not eligible to compete in that division this year. However, if they qualify by age to enter the next division they may do so. Contestants for the Fulton County Fair Beauty Revue are only eligible to enter a fair beauty revue in one county. If they have already entered a fair beauty revue during the current calendar year, they are not eligible to enter the Fulton County contest. Contestants living in Fulton County and attending school in another county or living in another county and attending school in Fulton County must choose which county they will enter.

3. The previous year’s winner in the Petit Miss, Junior Miss, Young Miss, and Miss Fulton County divisions will crown the winner of this year’s contest.

4. Each contestant must pay an entry fee of $10.00. Entry fees are due with the entry form and must be submitted to the Fair Association by Monday, July 21. Late entries will not be accepted. All entry forms must be signed by parent or guardian or contestant if age 18 or over. Entry fees will not be refunded.

5. Judges will be from out-of-county and will be selected by Zeta Omicron Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. Judges decision is final. Judges names will not be released after the contest.

6. Trophies will be provided to the winner and 1st and 2nd runner-up in each division. All contestants are eligible to compete in the North Central Arkansas District Fair Beauty Revue in September. Miss Fulton County will represent the county at the Arkansas State Fair in October.

7. Any dress length is permitted.

8. Each contestant must have the Permission to Publish on the World Wide Web (Internet) form signed. This form is on bottom of the entry form and a parent or guardian must sign.
